Finance & Operations Department

The Finance & Operations Department oversees CAHEC and Fund Accounting and Company Administration. The Department is responsible for managing relationships with Company vendors and accountants as well as for administering bridge loan draws and investor capital calls. The Department uses Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures (GAAP) and adheres to conservative fiscal policy to ensure the integrity of Company and Fund finances. In addition, the Department promotes community relations by publishing CAHEC's Connection, TechNotes, and corporate marketing materials and by coordinating CAHEC's Annual Partners Conference. The department also coordinates human resource policies and procedures and provides administrative assistance.

Erin A. Griffin - Vice President of CAHEC's Finance & Operations Department Erin A. Griffin is the Vice President of CAHEC's Finance & Operations Department. She has experience in both public and private accounting. Her department is responsible for maintaining the financial records and handling the receipt and disbursement of monies related to CAHEC-sponsored equity funds as well as those of the Company. Ms. Griffin also works with CAHEC's independent accountants on the preparation of financial statements, audits, and tax returns. In addition, her department promotes the community relations of the company. Ms. Griffin graduated with honors from Meredith College with a degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting.
