Fund Management Department
The Fund Management Department provides all fund accounting, audits and tax returns; establishes fund credit lines; manages fund cash; and makes investor capital calls. The department analyzes market trends in order to assist in competitively raising capital, creates new tax credit equity funds, manages existing funds, and provides all investor reporting. The department is also responsible for preparing information for use in soliciting new investors.
Kim Kimbrell is the Vice President of Fund Management. He has over 20 years' development and accounting experience in commercial real estate and affordable housing. His department is responsible for maintaining the financial records and all cash management of the funds. Mr. Kimbrell manages the funds' accountants to obtain fund audits and tax returns. Mr. Kimbrell graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in mathematics and has his North Carolina CPA license.
