Community Grant Program
CAHEC makes grants available for amenities and property improvements. To qualify, a development surveys residents to generate ideas and identify which items are desired. The program encourages residents to think creatively about their community's needs and to request funding for tangible items. Purchases have included a game tables, park benches, an ice machine, and hospitality equipment.
