At CAHEC, we’re organized to meet the needs of developers, investors, and property managers. We underwrite and structure equity financing in-house, coordinate the due diligence process, and streamline closings with user-friendly documents. We are careful to protect the interests of our investors by admitting to our funds only those properties that make good economic sense. CAHEC's nationally certified asset managers and compliance managers protect developers and investors by ensuring that properties perform as projected and are in compliance with the tax code. In addition, the seven members of our Board of Directors volunteer their time and experience in business, construction, and affordable housing finance. Three former CAHEC Board members regularly advise and consult with the Board on corporate matters and policies as Board Advisors.
