At CAHEC, we’re organized to meet the needs of developers, investors, and property managers. We underwrite and structure equity financing in-house, coordinate the due diligence process, and streamline closings with user-friendly documents. Our asset management team overses the long-term success of the properties within each equity fund. The six members of our Board of Directors volunteer their time and experience in business, construction, and affordable housing finance, while our Advisory Council offers suggestions on how CAHEC can have a greater impact on the production and management of affordable rental housing.
