Can't think why your site should utilize CAHEC's Community Programs? Read the comments below to learn some of the benefits to residents and property management.

Resident Wellness Center

  • "They love having a free place in their community to work out."
  • "It's always a key point when showing the property."

Technology Learning Center

  • "I have residents who have found jobs using the TLC!"
  • "The TLC keeps residents connected."

Community Grant Program

  • "The piano is used about three times per week and brings the community together."
  • "Tenants take pride in the site's appearance."

Adult Scholarship Program

  • "I've always been excited about attending school but I never actually had the funds. When I found out about this program, I immediately started calling schools to get enrolled."
  • "I have two children and I've needed a 3 bedroom apartment for the last 2 years. Had I not been receiving the scholarship, I would have moved."

Homeownership Program

  • "The class gave me the opportunity to learn more on how to purchase a home, improve my credit, and put down a larger down payment. "
  • "I learned through the courses that keeping a budget and good credit management was essential. I am now the owner of a beautiful four bedroom, two bath home on an acre of my own land."

Senior Recognition Program

  • "The program brings seniors closer together. It keeps us more active, more than sitting around watching TV all day. Thank you for this program!"
  • "My seniors love this. This is the only vacation they get."

Youth Recognition Program

  • "This is a great program, the children in the program behave differently than the ones who aren't in it; they have a sense of purpose; they try very hard to keep their grades up and act appropriately in school."
  • "The community service is a great idea; I like helping others and to help take care of the property."
