Since 1999, CAHEC has made an annual presentation of "CAHEC Awards" to organizations and individuals for their outstanding contributions to affordable rental housing. CAHEC Awards are also given to individuals who have distinguished themselves through their participation in CAHEC's Community Programs. At the CAHEC Partners Conference in June, the company announced the recipeints of the 2008 awards.
